Along its edges are premium, high-end shopping centers full of luxury brands and beloved restaurants. It’s a quiet, stable place to live and has some of the best schools in the area. It’s close to Downtown Dallas, DFW Airport, and many other important city amenities. But within the borders of this affluent community, nature and peace abound.

The shopping and dining of Preston Hollow are collected in a handful of high-end shopping centers along its edges. The Plaza at Preston Center is full of high-end boutiques for everything from wardrobe staples to pet supplies to luxury jewelry. After a day of shopping, enjoy dinner at Hillstone. This high-end chain has a menu full of down-home favorites and an extensive wine list. Nearby at Montlake Cut, elevated seafood mixes with French fare in a chic space.
NorthPark Center is a luxurious shopping center full of names like Armani, Coach, and Gucci mixed with accessible brands like Anthropologie and Levi’s. Preston Forest Shopping Center has everyday favorites like Whole Foods as well as a variety of pet stores, grocers, and drugstores.

Things to Do
Preston Hollow is a beautiful place to get outdoors. Residents have easy access to the almost eight paved miles of North Haven Bike Trail. The trail is wide and relatively flat, bordered on both sides by native wildflowers and meadows, making it a beautiful and sunny way to get active. Bachman Lake is 205 acres of stunning nature. Use one of the many public launches to get out on the water, or enjoy the three-mile hiking and biking trail around its edge.
Just outside Preston Hollow is Royal Oaks Country Club. This elite, members-only club has luxurious amenities, a championship-level course, and many social activities waiting to fill your calendar. If you’re looking for a day of fun outside the boundaries of Preston Hollow, it’s conveniently bordered by the North Dallas Tollway, making it easy to take a quick drive into the city.
